Pros

They pay, however that is how they got me!

I took this job, CSR salary posting. I am told in the interview it would be occasional Saturdays or a few hrs a week from home at night. OK, 45 hrs a week, seems OK! It's not, your mandated to work every Saturday, 5 to 6 hours. Then your expected to take your computer home and be "avalible". The rules changed from day to day. The office dress code changed form day to day! The CSM micromanage the 2 people in office. The other girl was told she wasn't allowed to talk to me. The hostility in the office was horrible along within the management group. Everyone is out for them selves! No training manual or how to guide just a figure it out attitude and don't make an error. The other person in office there 7 months was wrote up! Hotlrrible place to work, think twice about the carrots they dangle in your face!! I left after 2 months....

It's a great place to work for as you are encouraged to be yourself and are fully supported to contribute new ideas on how to improve our day-to-day tasks, making it exciting and stress free to work here. Work-Life Balance: They're flexible when you need it most, supporting a good balance.

Cons

Overall, there are no downsides to mention. It's truly a great place to work!
