      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, always with a smile. You get a employee discount on hotels when need be. And time and a half on holidays A job where you gain great friendships and bonds with regular customers

      Cons

      If you are part time you don't get all the benefits of the job, no sick leave, paid vacation to build up, 401k, health insurance ect
