Good pay, good benefits.

Cons

Executives are treated extremely well, others are not (i.e. managers get gym membership reimbursed, others do not. Higher ups get assigned parking, others do not. Others are not respected). HR department is completely unprofessional. No work-life balance. Not enough staff. Managers do not care about employees. Women are treated as if they are invisible for the most part. It's like a company starting out in the 80's. Managers are clock watchers and will only punish, not reward. Most employees are very unhappy and not appreciated.

Fast paced environment. Great place to learn for new employees.

Cons

Not a lot of movement in company, nowhere to grow. Company used to give some freedom for decision making in US now all control moved overseas - no local control on processes. Execution only in USA. No real freedom of thought, Italy will decide on all new process, systems, etc and all markets will execute as drones with no input. Lacking in collaboration and teamwork.
