Pros

The culture at Mashgin is one of the best I’ve experienced. The team is collaborative, positive, and always willing to help. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas if you take the initiative to reach out. I started as a Deployment Engineer, and through every project and deployment, I’ve never felt alone. The work is meaningful, and it’s rewarding to see the direct impact our technology has on clients. As a team lead now, I can tell you career growth is real here if you’re willing to put in the effort!

Cons

Fast growth means processes are still evolving, but it creates chances to shape how things are done.

Pros

Cares about employees' well-being. Compensates us fairly for the amount of time we invest. All hands on approach - no one person is above any task.

Cons

Long work hours, but ultimately this gets compensated with additional RTO time, salary bonuses, etc

Pros

Strong company culture to get things done. Everyone here, regardless of title , is focused on execution and results. You won’t find hierarchal barriers slowing down good ideas or preventing you from reaching the right person. Leadership is approachable, decisions happen quickly, and if you see something that needs fixing, you’re empowered to fix it. The learning curve is steep but supported! People actively share knowledge, mentor each other, and celebrate when someone masters new skills or pushes out new advancements. Opportunities aren’t hoarded at the top - they’re created constantly as the company scales, and merit gets recognized with real advancement and solid compensation.

Cons

Rapid growth means some fluidity - processes are still catching up to the pace and your role may expand beyond the original job description.
