-sometimes was called in last-minute -you won't be called in everyday so keep in mind this is not a super stable job

Administration is very helpful as long as you communicate with them. Teachers love what they do. They are also help and encouraging.

Cons

Classroom size and resources can be concerning at times but once the children figure out their schedules it becomes maintainable.
