Pros
Warm, friendly atmosphere. Outstanding colleagues, many of whom will stop what they are doing to help you. No complaints about the management. IMO, by and large they did make an effort to take care of their workers. Great location to boot.
Cons
Overbearing bureaucratic rules sort of discourages internal R&D activities in some parts of the company Too much emphasis on paper-pushing.
