Pros

High-paced organization on path to growth. Remote work is awesome but also plenty of opportunities to see co-workers in person. New leadership with eye to service and innovation. Company has been around for over 20 years but still operates like a start up so plenty of chances to have influence.

Cons

Competing priorities, sometimes budget is hard to come by. Slow planning process.

Pros

The company genuinely values work-life balance and respects that employees aren’t meant to be overworked. Everyone I collaborate with is intelligent, dependable, and supportive — always willing to help when you encounter something unfamiliar. I also appreciate the remote work flexibility and the strong encouragement to prioritize personal well-being, recognizing that taking care of yourself enables you to perform at your best.

Cons

Things can be a bit bureaucratic when it comes to launching projects or bringing ideas to life — but that’s to be expected in a large organization.
