This company provides you the tools and compensation to actually give it your best go at being a successful MLO. MFM makes sure to take of their members and employees by giving fair compensation and charging very low fees to clients.

Cons

The operations team will very likely drive you up a wall. If you can put up with mediocre processing and heavy underwriting conditioning you will be fine.
