I have nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

After I brought allegations of harassment by male coworkers (HR even admitted they found some of what I said to be valid), all of the sudden I was let go for poor work performance (which I was NEVER reprimanded for). They decided it was easier to get rid of the female than to deal with the male harassers!

Culture is one of competition, backstabbing and disrespect CEO and other leaders treat employees like they are disposable and completely at fault for lower sales even in a post pandemic environment Zero work-life balance - An expectation that you could and should always be doing more People are allowed to yell and disrespect others with no repercussions. Diversity and Inclusion only exists on paper. This organization still believes the only diversity is between men and women and women are still actively discriminated against with no repercussion A very well known old, German boys club

There are pockets of good like the corporate DEI team. Lots of growth opportunities if your manager advocates for you. Otherwise the red tape is a barrier.

Cons

When I first joined, we had a different CEO who was inspiring and demonstrated passion for his people, especially the scientists who are the bread and butter of the company and its mission. The current CEO shows no care for his people, and there is constant churn from people voluntarily leaving or being laid off. For the people who remain, they are left with more work, no increase in pay, and no appreciation. The company has lost its way.
