      Made great friends and practiced skills in a supportive environment

      Cons

      Nothing specific to mountain ridge. Only things that are true in all vet practices. (Stress, low pay, working weekends, etc)

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, work under experienced doctors and techs, lots of room to learn and grow and good location! Always someone around to ask questions to or get advise from. The atmosphere is positive and fun for all employees:) I highly recommend this hospital for employment to people ranging from lots of experience to no experience in the animal or medical fields.

      Cons

      There is new ownership that has taken over recently and so we are in transition with something's, just getting all our ducks in a row.
