Lots of travel, good benefits, per diem, equipment, work on your own, yearly bonus, free drinks, lots of family work there.

Cons

Lots of travel, racism, nepotism, micromanagment, hypocrisy, dangerous work situations, lack of training, salary pay so no overtime pay so you are actually making less than minimum wage. No regard for safety for yourself or the public. Treated like a second class citizens.

Cons

Lots of nepotism and a cold attitude towards people not from the area. Don’t bother taking a job at corporate if you are from out of town. You’ll never be accepted. Get ready for attitude from colleagues. You’ll also work with incompetent people who are in their role only because they’ve been there forever and are related to someone in power.

Growth was not good for Musco, they hired so many Hon employees, managers, supervisors that the "Hon" mentality was brought in. Taking a previous friendly environment an destroying it. Welders are treated no more than "fixture monkey's" it is a production welder mentality which was a great quality killer. Pay is just more than average
