Pros

Working at NDCP has been a really positive experience. As part of the corporate team, I appreciate how much autonomy we’re given to share ideas, make improvements, and really contribute. Leadership is open to feedback and genuinely values input from all levels. The people here are kind, easy to work with, and always willing to help. It’s a team environment where you feel respected and supported. If you’re looking for a place where your voice matters and the culture is truly supportive, NDCP is a great place to be.

Cons

If I had to mention one con, it would be that some of the technology and processes we use could be more modern or streamlined. That said, there’s ongoing effort to update and improve these tools and processes, and leadership is open to feedback on what’s working and what’s not.

Straight forward job very physical and not for everybody. It’s food service so you should know what to expect. Management doesn’t bother you if you get the work done the way it’s supposed to be done. If you’re lazy this job isn’t for you. Pay is top tier

Working outside in all weather conditions
