      Pros

      Great leadership team that truly cares about its employees. The ability to look outside the box to find true solutions to customer demands is what engages me as a member of management within NDS. Since employed here, I have had nothing but positive experiences with all team members.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment that takes true dedication. Not for everyone that is not willing to put in the time and work that's needed.

      This is worse company i ever worked

      Cons

      They cut days every week and drivers can get inside the building to use restroom. Ross store same thing. And warehouse associates consuming drugs and alcohol in the parking lot. Terminal manager ignored all my reports.
