They do an amazing job of preparing you for the interview process They help you negotiate better salary expectations They are highly responsive to any issues or complaints with their clients.

Cons

The insurance is not the best, but you do have a good number of options. They allow you to select an Obamacare/Medicaid level equivalency that covers basic care.
