      Team culture is supportive, encouraging and empowering in the tech/product department. Management is happy to let folks drive their own initiatives. You have plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      The overall company vibe is very performance oriented which won’t feel right to some people.

      Full remote, flexible schedules, hands-on managers. You will be deploying impactful features frequently.

      Cons

      Too many meetings, benefits could be better. Legacy codebase is very complex, so expect to work late at times to address production issues.
