      1. You will expose to end to end knowledge of the product. 2. Work ethics are good 3. You will get a chance to work with very senior person in your field. 4. Shift allowance will be there and cab facility is there in odd hours.

      Cons

      1. Depending on the project, work pressure will be there. 2. Lots of project are very outdated and runs on legacy code. If you already work with latest technology and tools, it will be little bit challenging.
