The company is in a good position to expand and has a market that would support that. The employees feel they are stakeholders in the company and put in time and effort to make the business succeed.
Cons
Management is incompetent, duplicitous, short sighted, retaliatory, non-communicative. The company has no idea what it is doing technologically, and will say all the buz words to hire people. If you are being hired to do any form of engineering, run. Engineers are hired and then thrown under the bus. The average lifespan of an engineer at this company is under a year. You will not be paid well in your year there. Now they have even trimmed the benefits for the newer employees. The company is built upon archaic technology, even down to the ERP system. If you are in sales, this is the place for you! You can promise virtually anything and earn a huge commission. The engineering management (who POSTED the setting the record straight where they say the department is well run) will say it can be done and fire anyone who doesn't deliver it. then they talk to the people who are supposed to build it and give a vague direction and 2 weeks. Oh yeah, there is no project management and if you even try to use the word there is a bus with your name on it. the project management is the shell game with trello cards that the engineering management uses to lie to the president about what the team is working on.
