      People are great to work with and supportive. Company is pushing leading edge technology.

      Cons

      Internal system efficiencies don't yet reflect the products and processes they are selling Acquisition business model keeps everyone guessing through acquire and layoff cycles.

      Excellent company, but a lot of "shifting" strategy

      Pros

      - Average/above average for the geography salary - Outstanding benefits (eye, drug, dental, etc.) - Flex-days (3 days in-office/week) - Good learning/development budget - Well-respected/reputation

      Cons

      - Strategy moves too quickly, making it difficult to realize the value of staff efforts - Too many rebrands/product renaming is confusing for the market and customers - As with most organizations of OpenText size (huge product portfolio), resources are a bit "thin" - In-office work is a bit nonsensical as all but three of my team (20+) work in India or Europe, and I don't really work with the three teammates that are in my office.
