Lot of political non-sense. Different teams building similar thing within same org. Project grabs in Director to VP levels. Don't work for product, Work for your manager and his skip. If you are not in the inner circle of your manager, you are screwed.

They are in hottest domain of Cloud and AI which is need of the hour. There are huge opportunity of learning as the scale is huge and complexity is high due to the domain.

Cons

No work-life balance, constant change in priorities due to ever chaning business needs. Almost all the decising making is controlled from US. No hike.
