      Pros

      The company culture promotes a healthy work-life balance and promotes the relationship between coworkers. My colleges are supportive and always willing to lend a helpinh hand.

      Cons

      As a growing company the work loads can vary from day to day, with some un-expected changes that are easy to handle the work schedules go by fast.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, lots of OT opportunities, atmosphere is lax, free lunches and snacks and drinks. Seen the place change a lot through the last few years and had major growths in the last year alone. Management is chill now and not like how it was before. If you're willing to work you can make way more money than your base salary

      Cons

      Some days can be more hectic than others but its based on number of donors that come in
