New director has informed employees to report anything office managers do and she will make sure that they are dealt with. Prior director believed everything management told them

Cons

Only prompted if you are friends with those already in higher management. African American has no chance for promotion. I have been employed with this company for over 10 years applied more than 8 positions and never received a call or interview for any of the positions.

Some of the most caring, innovative cutting edge doctors with wonderful clinical support.

Cons

Not good to their employes, and doctors don't seem to know what policies are in place and how they effect their staff. Managers have too much freedom to assert negative critique to staff.

Very good company to work for. Excellent "perks" and incentives. As long as you stay out of the business office.

Cons

HORRIBLE business office management. They won't train you at all. They throw you in these positions and never train you how to correctly do things. One minute things are done one way the next minute the entire process changed, but no one can ever give you a straight answer on which way is the right way. Very high turnover rate in the business office and always will be. As long as friends keep hiring friends for leadership positions instead of hiring based on knowledge, tenure and education.
