Cons

They don’t innovate. All ‘innovation’ is through acquisition. After they acquire, they have you train some ‘new teams’ in India… they fire all the local staff.

Good benefits, average on salary. They are very serious about the companies values, creating and supporting a very inclusive workspace.

Cons

The culture took a serious hit during covid, resulting in a less dynamic team driven culture and one more centered on individual contributors and one person projects.
