Leadership has a clear and compelling vision for where healthcare operations are headed, and they're genuinely investing in the technology to get there, not just talking about it. The talent here is remarkable across the board; you're surrounded by sharp, experienced people who care about doing things right. I can say the integration has been handled with a lot of respect and intentionality — the culture feels collaborative, not transactional
