Entry level department is chaotic. Projects have short lifespan which leads to a lot of moving around from project to project.

Management is decent, there's flexibility in the # of hours you work and never are you contacted after the workday (in my experience). Job security is solid, so long as you don't do anything stupid.
Cons
The pay sucks, and loyalty, as far as I've seen, is not rewarded.
