      Good pay and bonus structure

      There is a company spy that will keep track of your comings and goings, doesnt matter if you are senior level and work late everyday. That doesnt count but if you walk in at 8:05 you will hear about it. Gotta pick up your kid and tend to your family? Major frown. Will micromanage the artwork in your own office and thats just the start of the BS. I had a great job there and bolted cause of their mickey mouse BS

      Pros

      Decent benefits and my checks always cleared. They will employ individuals who have recently immigrated to the country, legally or not.

      Cons

      Almost everyone working there is illegal immigrants! The company frequently shuts down with very little notice and always for less than a full week so you cannot file for unemployment. Management is either related or good friends so favoritism trumps any sort of experience or adept skill set. Supervisors will literally follow you into the bathroom and tell you to go back to your line. I'll stop here before this becomes a rant about everything wrong with this company. I honestly couldn't recommend this place to anyone with the exception of immigration control.
