      Great place to work at.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers. Great package - 30 days PTO, another day for 8th of March (applies to men as well), 8 hours for Birthday. Easy going place. Everyone is friendly. Office is great. Hybrid, although depending on the project you can get a full remote job which is great.

      Cons

      Vague evaluations, leading to uncertainty on how to get promoted and what is most important.

      Pros

      Progress has following things which I like the most - No politics: We can share our opinion (obviously in a polite way) without fearing the consequences. - Work-life balance: It is you who decide what are you going to work on, how much bandwidth you have. - Growth opportunities: I myself moved from QA role to Dev. You can take me as the least favored example, there are people who moved to PM, PO role from QA, or any other roles for that matter. - Helpful Environment: I didn't see anyone drag you here rather there are always helping hands if you are stuck anywhere.

      Cons

      One thing I can tell about progress from my point of view- "THERE IS NO CONS I COULD FIND". Only this statement if you can relate to "If you are happy with what are you earning then there is nothing which will worry you in progress because the environment and culture are awesome, Its a family after that."
