Pros

-Competitive pay and benefits. -Strong opportunity to build relationships with retail partners and business leaders. -High level of autonomy in managing your territory and daily priorities. -Fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and self-motivation. -Ability to make a measurable impact on sales performance and business growth. -Exposure to multiple business functions, including sales, training, coaching, and account management. -Talented and hardworking colleagues at the field level. -Flexible schedule compared to many traditional retail and sales positions.

Cons

-Onboarding and training lacked structure and consistency, requiring employees to figure out many processes on their own. -Communication between leadership and field teams could be improved. -Frequent organizational changes often created uncertainty and shifting priorities. -Career advancement opportunities did not always appear to be based solely on performance. -Perceived favoritism among upper leadership negatively impacted morale and employee trust. -Expectations and workload could vary significantly depending on territory and leadership. -Limited transparency regarding promotion decisions and succession planning. -Field feedback was not always acknowledged or acted upon by leadership. -Success often depended on navigating internal relationships in addition to delivering strong business results.

Pros

Great co-worker connections that help

Cons

Needs more pay increases, better work life balance and not giving everyone more workload that’s outside of their job description without being compensated for it

Pros

Ever since I started working here, I’ve felt nothing but genuine support from my leadership and my team. They’ve helped me with the little things like adjusting their training style so it actually fits how I learn—and they’ve been there for me during bigger, more personal moments too. That kind of support isn’t something you find just anywhere. Because of that, I’ve built a really strong sense of loyalty to the people I work with. When you know your team has your back no matter what, it makes you want to show up and give your best every single day. And honestly, the work environment here is the best. Everyone is so kind! It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to coming in every day, and that says a lot. If you’re looking for a company that doesn’t just value your work but truly cares about you as a person, this is the place. I’ve felt seen, supported, and appreciated since day one, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I have also tried to get my family and friends to work here because of how great this company is!

Cons

Honestly, it’s hard to pinpoint real downsides. One thing I will say—especially in the tech department—is that you will never feel like you know everything. There’s always something new to learn, something changing, or something to figure out. For some people that might feel overwhelming, but if you enjoy growing, staying curious, and constantly building your skills, it doesn’t really feel like a “con” at all. It’s more of an opportunity.Another thing to mention is that the pay can be a little lower compared to the broader market. It’s not a deal-breaker for me personally because the support, culture, and people make a huge difference—but it’s still something worth noting. The good news is that they like to hire within the company and leadership genuinely wants to help you get there. They’ll guide you, support you, and celebrate your progress along the way, which makes the journey totally worth it.
