      Pros

      Good team and peers to work with.

      Cons

      Horrible management. The facility is managed by a Mexican company that doesn't understand it's workforce at all. Instead of advancing people from the local community they decide to bring their own management teams from international facilities to made decisions about a workforce that they have no sensitivity towards.

      Pros

      Great pay, plenty of breaks, great vacation time, unionized. Overall a good place to be. I can guarantee the complaints you see about this place are from people with soft hands.

      Cons

      You won't see first shift for a very long time. It's based off seniority so you're stuck waiting for one of them to croak or leave (yeah right)
