Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.

Comfort from working from home

Cons

The managers are unprofessional, only communicate with employees if you have done something wrong and who you report to was always changing, no consistency, your time is micro managed with the time tracking system they use. They always have software issues, there systems freeze constantly. They let you go with no warning. Very unprofessional from upper management to leads.
