Pros

Great people to work with - smart, creative, but also great friends. I really appreciated the open-door approach with the management that I worked with. I was able to take ownership for assignments and grow with them.

Cons

Not sure what to fill in here... Working remotely was great, for me! But I can see that it can be challenging to create/ foster relationships, and for the culture.
