Pros

Bring free Six Flags tickets in summer.

Cons

The worst company I have worked in my life. Supervisors are totally incompetent, are not professionals and do not know how to work with employees. Most likely not have GED. Floor employees always have dirty bathrooms. The salary increase is only .08 cents per year. Only get 2 weeks vacation and five personal days. No sick days and the excuse is that if you are sick use personal days. HR never gets complaints against supervisors as it should be. My supervisor had about 25 reports last and never did anything.

Pros

Training at other positions available if self motivated

Cons

Work place culture. Advancement voted upon by peers based off personal relationships over body of work. Systematic racism in place due to culture upheld by out of date ideology.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

No communication at all, except for leader engaging in gossipy behaviors. No Advancement. No Vision from leadership. Leader plays favorites, like being in middle school.
