Pros

Great benefits. Active, fast-paced, and rewarding. Onsite lunches. Onsite massage therapist every other week. Onsite counselor about once a month. Yoga and core training twice a week. Performance based and driven esports type of organization. Competitive gaming activities. Learn a lot. Lots of great colleagues to work with.

Cons

Singapore does not understand the American culture very well. Some late hours Could use better leadership. Not a lot of clarity. Execution focused environment with very little trust.

Pros

The office is nice, with good people working out of it. There is a lot of employee engagement. Ops seems to work non-stop. Finance just got a new person and hopefully there will be a direction there now, as he seems to know his stuff. Sales and Marketing had some shuffling in their organization and that seems to have had a good impact so far. HR is really good also - always open door for whatever questions someone may have.

Cons

Would like better pay. It is close to market, however it could always be better. Better relationship between Finance, Ops and Sales and better communication.
