Pros

PTO and mental health days were encouraged, leadership supported open communication, and team leads had input in SOP development. Even in a remote setting, communication was frequent and effective.

Cons

Quick growth led to frequent structural and process changes. The industry’s reliance on (political) incentives and policy shifts also contributed to workload fluctuations and layoffs.

Pros

Dedication to the mission, overall company culture. Without exception all coworkers are a pleasure to work with and share the sense satisfaction of contributing to the mission. ReVision is among the global standard setters for B Corp initiatives, and their score reflects truly reflects this.

Cons

It can be challenging competing against other companies that don't invest their resources, employees and the community (and the many other commitments) to the extent that ReVision does.

It's always inspiring to receive a 5-star review, thank you fellow co-owner/anonymous employee! But I do think it's worth noting that the positions eliminated and people laid off in Q4 2024 and Q1 2025 were a direct result of the anti-renewable rhetoric and agenda of the new administration in Washington.
