Friendly and inclusive culture. I enjoy working with a team that genuinely respects each other. Salary is fair and benefits are solid.

Cons

Office software sometimes lags, but it is helpful in resolving issues quickly.

Honestly can’t give you a pro because I didn’t find any while being employed here

Cons

This is a very dishonest and misleading company. You lose commission if it goes through one lender and not the other. No clear communication from management because they are just oblivious to the problems. Managers will hang up on you when you call them out on their wrong doing. You WILL run up the miles on your car and not be reimbursed for your mileage. Will send you over an hour away for appointments. It’s times you will be sent to an unsafe neighborhood and they expect you to go in and out of the house in order to follow the “process”. They will tell you that it’s good work life balance in the interview and then go back in orientation and let you know Refloor owns you from 9am-6:30pm. They will run you into the ground. So if you have a family or younger kids, I highly recommend staying away from this place because it’ll break your family!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This place is a scam. If it were up to me, I would have this place shut down for the way the operate and treat their employees. Do not work at this company, no matter how young or old you are. This is a horrible place to work.
