- Unlimited classes - Great people to work with - Flexible work schedule

Cons

- Coordinators responsibilities continue to grow non-stop as the company expands yet the pay doesn't - You get let go without any warnings - Managers are children and don't know how to communicate with coordinators - Clients get a bigger discount on retail than the actual employees
