      Pay, meet people from all over the world

      Cons

      Stuck in location - rarely gain opportunity to work abroad A lot of in-house politics - people chosen based on who you know on not what you do in the company. Pay is good but not worth the number of hours spent on the rig or in the office, 3 year Fixed Programme is an illusion - with the current downturn, promotions are delayed.

      Pros

      A Comprehensive learning material is given and a mentor was provided to walk you through the tools and maintenance duties. The mentor would work with you if you have any questions and answer them as quickly as they can.

      Cons

      Very stressful workplace but the pay is great! and you get to learn a lot through out the internship in a short period of time but it is totally worth it.
