One of the Safest and cleanest environment I have ever worked. Lot of potential of growth, as lot of new projects coming in the plant. Also, good work life balance.

Cons

This kind of plant should have been built in metro cities, as these technologies require advanced techs and supports

Saft (Cockeysville) recruits some top-tier, hard-working engineers who really know their stuff and have each others' backs in solving problems and getting the job done.

Cons

The HR/Safety departments treat the employees almost like children, from weird dance videos to people in mascot costumes to warn us all about safety.
