      SCU was recognized as a Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch for the 12th time in 2025, which is determined by direct feedback from the employees themselves. SCU is dedicated to being an inclusive and diverse organization, offering opportunities for growth. SCU values its employees and the communities they support, engaging in various ways.

      Cons

      I truly can't think of any downsides to working at SCU.

      Scott Credit Union is committed to offering employees great benefits as part of their employment. We also place an emphasis on employee development and promoting from within. Scott Credit Union encourages open employee feedback and suggestions.

      Cons

      Scott Credit Union does not always appear as competitive as other financial institutions when it comes to salary. However, when comparing potential employers be sure to include insurance, retirement, paid time off, incentive and employee assistance programs along with base salary.
