4yThank you for sharing a review with us—current and former associate feedback helps drive our decision making and show areas where we can look to improve. At a department level, I hear your concerns and will look into them further. We want to do what we can to help all associates thrive in their careers. In regards to remote work, we believe face to face interaction helps make us stronger; however, we know there’s a place for remote work as well. That’s why we’re adopting a hybrid model, with both in-office and remote work days. Thanks you again for sharing your feedback.

4yThanks for taking the time to share a review. It’s great to know you’re enjoying your role, your team, and the company culture as a whole. While we’re proud of how well associates have handled working from home during the pandemic, we value face-to-face collaboration and don’t intend to stay fully remote. However, we don’t want to completely abandon the flexibility of remote work, which is why we’re adopting a hybrid model when we return to the office.
