Pros

Sevita is a great place to work. The company is accommodating and inclusive. The pay is fair, and the work we do is rewarding in ways that can be seen in the both the short term and long term.

Cons

Work-life balance needs to be exercised as what we do can often be personal. This can easily be done by having a good mindset and being present while at work and outside. We promote getting our head right while coming into work and taking breaks as needed to be our best for the people we serve.
