We believe Silberline offers a competitive compensation package and regularly benchmark our salaries against our industry peers. We encourage our employees and their supervisors to review job descriptions on a regular basis to capture any changes in job functions. This allows HR to provide a more accurate salary range for the role.

      Positive momentum for an industry leader

      Pros

      Executive management, some who are relatively new to the company, have a positive outlook and really appear to be motivated by all the right reasons. From what I have observed, they are very knowledgeable in their respective fields and are well respected and liked by their peers and the employees. Their products are universally considered to be of the highest quality in the industry and they are currently very innovation focused. The company has been owned by the same family for over 70 years, which is corporate stability rarely seen these days.

      Cons

      There was some employee turn-over a few years ago, which was very common among manufacturers after the historic recession. Management appears to have a long-term focus, not surprisingly for a 71 year old company, and employee turn-over has historically been very low.
