1. many regular processes regarding provident fund, insurances, vacation management is all over the place and needs stability. Company needs to hire GOOD people who take care of this domains.
2. One has to spend long hours and weekends to finish up important stuffs. There are many super late night meetings and team is still small and work part is increasing in size. Proper hiring and alignment can solve this.
3. Hiring is a challenge. Its not a cons actually, but one thing we haven't been able to close as needed. Some part of Engineering team needs to expand to other locations also so as to have availability in night.
