Pros
The company does pay good if you're practically living in the truck, but it's so stressful to deal with management, and it's such a corporate environment. And you're at the bottom of the food chain, so everything falls on you, even if it's not your fault
Cons
Management is always messing up all the time, sometimes you have to load and then reload the truck because they messed up. But God forbid you do anything wrong. It's the end of the world, and they we'll find a way to make your life harder, whether it's the coming and speak. Face-to-face with the manager, which is going to dramatically impact you. You're a day an ability to make it home at night. You're wrong and they're right all the time. Even if they're clearly wrong
