      New owners renovating the company.

      Pros

      This company was bought in October of 2021 and the new owners have been renovating the company. They realize that the employees are their #1 asset and have been making their lives better through improved benefits, increased pay, and more flexibility to allow for a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      There are some employees from the former company who want to continue to do things like they always have and don't want to be a part of shaping the future.

      We want to be the kind of company that we would want to buy from if we were a customer and we want to be the kind of company that positive, hard working, ambitious employees want to work for.
