They actively encourage professional development and provide numerous learning opportunities. Career Growth: Stallion has clear paths for career progression, and I've had the opportunity to grow within the HR department. There are regular opportunities for skill development, through in-house training or external certifications. Company Values: The organization lives by its core values - swift, steady, sharp, and strong. These values are reflected in everyday work, and the leadership team leads by example.

Cons

As with any growing company, there are areas for improvement for example automating the HR technology and processes, especially as the company grows larger.
