Strategic Therapy is an incredible place to work. The staff is very well trained and very positive. There is amazing teamwork, and the supervisors are great. A typical day at work involves driving to clients' homes and working with client's and their family using treatment plans that are individualized to each family's uniqueness using the Strategic Approach and Nurtured Heart Approach. As a clinician, you build your own schedule based on the number of hours authorized to clients by their insurance. You meet weekly targets. The most enjoyable part of the job is watching clients grow and become successful. The employees at Strategic truly advocate for children and families and provide optimism and hopefulness for families to stay together.
