Pros

Strategic does meaningful work keeping families together and helping clients achieve self-sufficiency. It is good to be a part of the mission. The Agency responds to feedback and strives to make improvements. The work environment is positive and comfortable. My manager is fair and supportive.

Cons

In a smaller agency like Strategic, sometimes you wear a lot of different hats at once. I guess that can also be a pro in the sense that you learn how to do a variety of things making you a more well rounded professional.

Pros

Strategic Therapy is an incredible place to work. If you are a lifelong learner looking for a family oriented company who strives to empower families, then Strategic Therapy Associates is the place for you. Management is incredible. The staff is very well trained and very positive. There is amazing teamwork, and the supervisors are great. A typical day at work involves driving to clients' homes and working with client's and their family using treatment plans that are individualized to each family's uniqueness using the Strategic Approach and Nurtured Heart Approach. As a clinician, you build your own schedule based on the number of hours authorized to clients by their insurance. You meet weekly targets. The most enjoyable part of the job is watching clients grow and become successful. The employees at Strategic truly advocate for children and families and provide optimism and hopefulness for families to stay together. They provide excellent services to keep children safe and above all else, loved. #empoweringfamilies

Cons

The only con to working as a clinician is gas prices. The company actually even provides mileage reimbursement.
