Lost job to Spanish speaker with considerably less ability and logical capacity.

Horrible management structure, poor communication, lack luster logistics, dead end job (no advancement opportunity). I said good pay in the "pros" but can't even say that now because they changed it to percent of load before I was laid off. To add insult to injury they suspended their 401k match about a month before that. Stay away from this company. They treat you more like a piece of equipment than a person.
