Love the people that I work with. They are passionate about the mission of the company and helping our customers. People are supportive and work well across teams. Good pay and flexible working hours.

Cons

Work from home is good and all but there are limited opportunities to see people in person. Trade offs I guess!

Cons

The current hybrid product model (part SaaS and part Service) is sometimes a challenge in the selling/adoption cycle. However, as an agile-minded company, adjustments are always in the works to overcome challenges.
