-comfortable hours, plenty of holidays, -emphasis on safety culture and they mean it -transparent communication to management and USW

Cons

-TONS of forms and paperwork (but it's for successful audits and accountability) -lots of new employees (so it takes some extra time to analyze jobs and projects effectively)
