      Great place to work, lots of growth and opportunity for advancement, many smart people, very collaborative.

      Cons

      There isn't a smooth way to move between projects or teams in development. It's most effectively done along back channels rather than through a formalized process. There are also some growing pains with the company.

      I get to work with incredibly smart and motivated people every day in a very supportive environment. There are excellent career growth paths here.

      Cons

      Sometimes the growing pains of our rapid expansion make some things hard to get done, but it's all manageable.
